Camper Direct – Terms and Conditions
Thank you for considering Camper Direct. We want you to be delighted with your new product and to help your purchase go as smoothly as possible we have produced the following guide so you will know exactly what to expect from us.
Payment by credit or debit card
Payment using a debit card or credit card is required at the time of order. Payment is made via Paypal, one of the most secure payment methods on the Internet today. YOU DO NOT NEED TO HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PAY. Camper Direct will automatically acknowledge your order via e-mail. If, for any reason, your goods have not been dispatched within 30 days of your order being placed you have the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

Cancellations and returns policy
If for some reason you need to cancel your order before delivery please let us know as soon as possible. If the goods have not been cut/dispatched we will cancel your order and refund payment to your credit card.
If the goods have already been cut/dispatched we may be able to cancel the delivery, however, you will still have incurred the delivery charge. The balance of the account minus the delivery charge will be refunded.
If you have received the goods and wish to return them then this can be arranged provided that you pay the return shipping cost. The balance of your account minus the shipping costs will be refunded once we have received the goods back in good condition. If you received free delivery you will be charged the delivery rate for your area.
The goods must not have been cut into and should be wrapped. If you wish to return a product, please inform us by e-mail email@example.com or call on 01772 367070 within 14 days of delivery.
We regret that we cannot accept returns once the product has been cut or used in any other way.
Camper Direct want you to be totally satisfied with your product. It is unlikely that you will experience a problem. If, however, a defect becomes apparent please contact us and we try to rectify the problem.
Please inspect your product upon arrival and before fitting.
In the unlikely event that your goods are faulted on arrival please let us know within 7 days of delivery. Your product can then be returned for either a full refund or replacement.
For your concerns to be resolved we sometimes require the benefit of an inspection. We therefore reserve the right to have the product inspected by a manufacturer’s representative before anything can be sorted.
Any visual fault must be reported within 14 days.
